Hello! I’m Jake Jiang, I was born and raised in Hunan, China. I moved to the States with my lovely mom and my awesome older brother at the age of 12. I love living right in the heart of Silicon Valley: Sunnyvale, California.
Living in the Bay Area is amazing, but also very expensive. While going to college, I was observing my friends and family around me and noticed how it is not only harder for my generation to make a living here but also hard for the older generations to retire. After meeting Kai and his team at KCIIS, I realized that they specialized in helping seniors retire earlier and stress-free. Immediately I knew I wanted to get into this field. I’ve always enjoyed talking to people and love bringing a smile to their faces by improving their lives.
Through KCIIS, I realized one of the best ways to help people is to plan the most unwanted and confusing part of their retirement: Income and Health Care. During the times I spent working with our amazing team and our caring mentor, Kai, I have truly seen and felt how each one of us is on a mission to make people’s lives easier. I watched Kai and his team before coming on board, and I clearly saw their distinction. Because they truly care and treat their clients like their close friends or family, I immediately wanted to be a part of this team and a part of our clients’ future retirement years.
Aside from my work with the KCIIS Team, I enjoy spending my downtime with my mom and watching TV Shows. My favorite TV show is Friends! I also enjoy all types of sports activities, especially football. My biggest passion, however, is changing people’s lives by spending time doing volunteer work in my local congregation and in the ministry.
