Growing up watching my parents, Kai & Ann Chung, build KCIIS from the ground up has been one of the most inspiring parts of my life. As a kid, I didn’t fully understand the long hours, the countless client meetings, or the passion they poured into retirement planning — but I always knew they genuinely cared about helping people. Now, as a Life & Health Insurance Agent, I’m proud to carry that same passion forward.
From a young age, I learned the value of educating others and treating clients like family — not just policyholders. I’ve watched my parents prioritize relationships and take the time to truly get to know each client. That’s the philosophy I’ve adopted, too — offering honest, personalized service in a world that often lacks a personal touch.
Outside of KCIIS, I prioritize my spiritual activities, spending time in the ministry and in the congregation with friends and family. I also enjoy spending my free time playing sports (especially volleyball) and working out!
